Our nephew/cousin (to the girls) Lincoln Lee Troyer was born today...about 30 minutes ago! Natalie was induced this morning and had him this eve...that's all I know! Matt (the daddy) and my mom (proud grandma) were in the room and Matt's been sending out photos. Cant wait to hear more!

Just got some details...

Well, the girls will soon be joined by a new cousin. Aunt Natalie is in the hospital now wondering when she is going to pop the kid out...Once that happens, all eyes will be on him! In the meantime, here are some cute just-because photos of the big girls:

(Some recent computer shots of the girls) We rarely dress them in matching outfits, but here they are wearing matching t-shirts and I think it's cute (they were wearing different shorts!).

We got out the bubble machine again, which doesnt seem to scare them like it did initially. Because of the fan in the window they (the bubbles) were blowing all over the room and the girls were so fascinated.

Nora sandwich!
Ella was slowly lowering herself down to the floor here, but I think she looks like she is surfing!
Hanging out...

Our friend Anita (also known as the girls' fill-in/Easy Coast Auntie) has a pool at her complex. There is a small 1 foot kiddie pool we took the girls in this weekend:

Because it is so hot and the girls often are only in diapers at home, sometimes we play with accessories!

As one could imagine, the girls have become quite mobile and can get into all kinds of things when they decide to go in different directions. For that reason, we decided to block off the kitchen with our coffee table while the girls are playing so we dont constantly have to chase after them. They arent terribly thrilled with the arrangement, but it makes our lives easier (and safer)!
The bottom of our entertainment center held a small ottomon full of toys (no use in putting A/V equipment down there!). Now we use it to block the other "exit" from the living room. The empty space is now know as "The Baby Cave":

Back Home Again...

We spent a nice long weekend in the great state of Indiana to visit friends and family. I took uncharacteristically few photos during the trip. Regardless, here are some of the gems:

Ella, standing at Aunt Nat & Uncle Matt's house in Indy:Aunt Natalie holding Ella
We went to visit Dr. Peterson, and English professor at Ball State with whom Andrew has kept in touch. Here she is with Ella and one of her friendly doggies:
Nora loved teasing the other dog (who was more apt to jump up and lick the girls' faces, causing chaos) through the glass door:

Sis Mia had her bridal shower. I did not take many photos as I had to tend to the little ones the whole time. Here is a pic of her opening gifts:
[Very pregnant] Natalie and friend Janelle
Grandpa Richards during round two of chemo...he wasnt feeling too hot this day, but I was hoping bringing him some company (seen hanging from the ceiling) would help!
Grandma Richards and I took the girls into the hot tub as it was a bit too chilly for the pool:

...and back home again. Last night the girls got a bath and just looked so cute (as usual). You can see the remnants of Ella's black eye:
Cutie patooty Nora!

Ella fell yesterday and ended up with a black eye. She was checked out and is doing just fine!

Seriously Cute!

Well, I starting taking some pics yesterday during dinner because Ella was making this face:Nora was playing with her sippy cup
I took so many pics that Ella was cheesing it up and she started closing her eyes because she was anticipating the flash:
I cant even get over how cute this pic is:
Nora--still with a sippy cup:)
Diaper babies!
Hanging out, playing with baby food caps:

Then Nora takes Ella's and chaos ensues:
Nora thinks it's funny and plays around:
Ella tries to storm the barricade of pillows blocking the "off limits" area:
Nora, throwing a daily (as in many times a day) fit. She now screams when upset. Ahh!
Playing nicely
Apparently Ella is a Seinfeld fan!
Nora was really into having her picture taken here:)
