The girls had pasta alfredo for dinner. So did the floor, the table, the high chair, their hair, grandma's shirt...

Here are some photos from our weekend trip to Chicago! We stayed with our friends, Matt & Shannon. Shannon and Andrew were good friends in college (BSU).

Ella, already rebelling against her father's greatest expectations, had her way with a book today.

Ella's new thing is to shake her head violently back and forth. She often puts her Mr. Goi Goi in her mouth (as seen here), making her look like a playful puppy.

Go Colts! (and...Eagles?)

Oh, our little Ella! Today she is wearing a Colts onesie Grandma Richards got the girl for football season...last year! Tonight is a pre-season game between the Colts and Eagles. Exciting for us!

Ella had a weight check this week...16 lbs 12 oz. Little Peanut!

Food pics...Mmmm

Ahhh. These pics are making me hungry! I wanted to post some pics of a pizza I made yesterday. It was my first successful from-scratch pizza crust! Andrew says we arent ordering pizza anymore. We topped it with vegetarian sausage, garlic, and artichoke hearts. Yum!

These pics are even more tempting as I just started a wellness detox diet cleanse today: no alcohol, sugar, caffeine, gluten (wheat products), or animal products. Argh. I'm hungry!

Not too much is new around here...and that's okay! We still havent made many strides on the walking. But we know once it starts, there is no going back! Our biggest struggle every day is eating. Well, Nora eats okay. Ella...sometimes eats okay. I suppose it wouldn't be so stressful if we didnt have people frequently checking her weight gain. We go again in a couple of weeks. Hopefully everything is moving in the right direction! Though, it is cute to imagine a 16 pound toddler walking around this place :) Well, here are a few pics:

The girls in their highchairs...they have been chatting and being affectionate at mealtime. So cute.
