Lovely Valentines

Wow, what a month! We made our first cross-country airplane trip with the girls to visit the rest of the Gaub family. The girls did remarkably well! Daddy spent a few days in San Fran working the California book fair, while the rest of us hung out in Petaluma at the Gaub compound. It was so nice to see everyone and get away for awhile and enjoy our first Valentine's Day with our little ladies.

The girls watch their favorite Baby Einstein DVD together:
Swinging at the park in Petaluma--they loved it!
Ella June
Nora Fay
The Gaubs at church
Grandma Gaub with Nora
Aunt Heidi with her nieces

Our fam at the book fairThe family eats Mexican...
Uncle Troy with sleepy Ella
Nora tries her hand at Garage Band
We got a private tour of the Skywalker Ranch and this is George Lucas's private library at his office where he does research for his films
Daddy and Ella
Grandma Gaub's little Radio Flyer wagon
Grandma and Grandpa Gaub have to say goodbye at the airport...
Mama holding baby Aman and his mother, Kenya, holding big Nora
8 month old Nora, Ella, and 6 week old Aman! (yes, Ella is still small!)
Nora gets a sink bath...
and Ella...
The girls get their own bookcase...and it's already full!
Ella gets a hand on feeding herself:

Lisa Fay, I have a picture of you sleeping on your dad's chest when you were a baby. Ella with her Uncle Troy looks very much like you in that photo. Nora looks so big. I really miss them.
Love Grandmasan
